Pacific Plastics Design Inc. utilizes a 24,000 square foot production facility and is equipped with multiple vacuum forming presses. Our largest production press handles jobs up to 48" X 72"

Shuttle-type and rotary presses provide a production capability of forming a variety of plastic materials. Since time is money, and because we deliver the highest quantity of parts in the least amount of time, you will enjoy lower parts costs. Secondary operations such as trimming, routing, drilling, riveting, surface finishes, and laminating, are no problem for our experienced team of employees. From prototype to full production. No job is too big, or too small.
